Tessellating Tile 2

Part of a repetition project I had for class, this series of ceramic tiles stamped with the tessellating pattern cleverly works in the letters YKTFV. Sticking true to the goal of uniqueness in each artwork, I applied different glaze combinations to get various textures and colors.

For this specific tile I liked the idea of replicating rusty, worn down sheet metal so I layered different washes of under glaze and low fire glazes to get the effect.
